Beluga Whales spotted with harness off Norway coast, experts say Russian military trained

Norwegian fishermen were shocked when they found Beluga whales wearing a harness with mount for a camera. The harness was specially made & bore mounts for GoPro cameras on each side of it. Marine experts believe the whales to be trained by the Russian military. A marine biologist also said that the whale seemed playful, but their instincts told them that it was asking for help to get out of the harness.
