Forget queues, shop and walk out at Kochi's new innovative supermarket

Watasale, a Kochi based supermarket is revolutionising shopping by means of artificial intelligence, camera technology and sensors. The tech based startup is modelled on Amazon Go and customers can use an app to walk into the store, pick items off the shelf to add it to the app's cart. The store doesn't have cash counters as the bill is automatically deducted from credit/debit card when a customer leaves the store.
