Huawei CEO Ren Zhengfei stressed that the US campaign against the company would not be powerful enough to call on everyone to follow them. The US President Trump has urged European allies to put pressure on or even block Huawei and has imposed fresh restrictions on Huawei in the US. Zhengfei denied that restrictions imposed by the US on its products and supplies that will affect roll out of 5-G technology.
