Former employee files gender discrimination lawsuit against Spotify

Former Spotify sales executive Hong Perez, who was wrongly fired for conduct violation, has sued the company for lack of anti-harassment action in the workplace. She accused Spotify of providing higher pay to men and not taking any action against male executives despite sexual harassment claims. However, Spotify stated that the lawsuit was "without merit" and they don't tolerate discrimination "at any level".
