"Garden on the Move": First Public Buses with rooftop garden to ply on roads in Singapore

Singapore's public buses with rooftop gardens will begin plying roads, as a part of an initiative to study possible energy & cost savings for bus operators. The Garden on the Move initiative was launched on Sunday. Fares for these buses are the same as the regular ones. It's Asia's first green-roofed bus initiative. The buses have a soil-less roof system which makes it easier to maintain, cleaner 7 more economical.
