The micro-blogging platform, Twitter, is again not functioning for many users across the globe. The continuous global outage has left Twitterati frustrated and disappointed with the social media platform. Twitter issues were reported by over 2000 users, according to Downdetector. 39 percent of people reported the issue on the website, while 54% were using the app.
