So, now once again, we get to know that Google Gmail keeps a log of all that you buy. It keeps your purchase history even after you delete all the mails. You can see your purchase history by going to Google Purchases page. Google says this is because you can ask Google assistant about the status of an order or reorder something. Also, you can delete the log by deleting the email, but the list still exists.
