Google not to allow Windows 10 on Chromebooks

Google will not allow Windows 10 to be installed along with Chrome OS on Chromebooks. The plan known as Project Campfire would have given Chromebook owners a chance to install Windows 10 to switch between Microsoft’s operating system and Chrome OS, the default operating system by Google ships with Chromebooks. The feature was often called Alt OS due to the ability to install an alternative operating system.
