Huawei in talks with Aptoide to replace Google Play Store

A total Huawei ban has caused many American companies to end ties and partnerships with the Chinese smartphone maker. Although the US delayed the ban for 90 days, Huawei is already planning a backup plan. A Portuguese media outlet says Aptoide, an open source alternative to Google Play Store with 900,000 apps and more than 100 million users, is in talks with Huawei to make a viable alternative to the Google Play Store.
