According to an earlier published report,India tops in migrating talents to Singapore and features prominent in 4 out of 5 jobs there. The population of Singapore is aging with a low birthrate and the country has a shortage of high-tech population. Hence it is necessary to bring in foreign talents. In the lower-skilled industries there is quota system but for software and other tech sectors, that cannot be implemented.
