India's maiden HSTDV Test: DRDO 's statement triggers debate that the tests were unsuccessful

India attempted to launch HSTDV in its maiden test from Odisha coast & initial reports suggested that DRDO carried out successful tests with aircraft at hypersonic speeds carrying missiles. However, later reports suggested that DRDO couldn't achieve the desired results. DRDO didn't comment on hypersonic technology demonstrator vehicle that triggered a debate the tests were not successful. HTDV is an ambitious project of DRDO.
