India's Rs.10 Billion Chandrayan 2 to break new records on new mission to the moon

India's upcoming lunar mission, Chandrayaan 2, will be charting into unknown territory on this voyage and for the very first time, the country's biggest space project which costs Rs.10 billion, will land on the south pole of the moon. The spacecraft will have a mass of 3.8 tonnes which will be carrying 14 payloads aboard its 3 modules - the orbiter, the lander and the rover, more equipment than the Chandrayaan 1.
