ISRO lost contact with Vikram lander just 400 meters above the moon, not 2.1km

There were plenty of hopes and expectations about India's ambitious Chandrayaan-2 mission. Initially, it was assumed that the contact with the Moon lander Vikram was lost when it was 2.1km away from the lunar surface. However, after analysis, it came out that Vikram was as close as 400m to the lunar surface when it lost contact with ISRO. Initially, there was a misinterpretation regarding the distance.
