Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger is not happy how the internet has evolved in nearly 2 decades. He slams social media platforms Facebook, Twitter and said that they exploit users' personal data to make profits at the expense of massive violations of privacy and security. He sats 'it is appalling' in an interview with CNBC. He launched a social media strike this week to bring attention to his concerns.
