Launch of Chandrayaan-2 called off due to technical glitch; new date to follow soon

Just a few minutes before Chandrayaan-2 was about to take-off from Sriharikota, ISRO halted the countdown 56 mins before the launch after they found a technical problem in the launch vehicle system. India is hopeful to be the 1st to land on the Moon's south pole with Chandrayaan-2 & if successful, India will be the 4th country to make a soft landing on Moon's surface; will join the list of US, China & former the Soviet Union.
