More than 2 Lakh Bio-toilets were installed in 60,906 train coaches by the Indian Railways
Indian Railways installed more than 2 Lakh Bio-toilets in 60,906 train coaches. As per Twitter's feed 2,18,515 bio-toilets were installed. To add on the work is going at a rapid pace and will be implemented in remaining coaches too. The Bio-Toilet project is constructive as well as the innovative development of technology. This is aligned with the Swacch Bharat initiative and has grown under Make in India.
