NASA: Moon rocket may cost $1.6b per launch

After spending a lot of money for almost a decade for building a rocket that NASA will use to return astronauts to moon, the launch vehicle is now ready for testing. But the rocket Space Launch System has received criticism for a while due to cost overruns. Even NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine has revealed the approximate amount a SLS launch will cost and it’s a whopping $1.6 billion if NASA purchases only one.
