Nearly 70% German population could contract coronavirus: German Chancellor Angela Merkel

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has warned that the coronavirus could infect almost 58 million people which is up to 70% of the country's population. She said there is a necessity of measures to slow its spread and cited the lack of vaccines or therapies to fight the virus. Germany has reported over 1000 cases and 3 deaths till now. India has barred entry of the nationals of 3 more countries- France, Germany & Spain.
