Need comprehensive policies for e-commerce : Rita Teaotia

Commerce secretary Rita Teaotia called for policies on e-commerce to increase huge opportunities in the segment. She claimed that the various government agencies and ministries needed to be on the same page in order to unleash the potential presented by the field and to keep expectations realistic, As India has seen a 34% growth rate in B2C transactions which are expected to value $4 trillion by 2020.
