Thought reading is something the scientists have long been fascinated about. Recently, a group of scientists have developed artificial intelligence that can turn brain activity into text. Currently, the system works on neural patterns and when someone is speaking loudly it detects those patterns. According to scientists, this can also be the basis of a speech prosthesis. However, they are still working on it, and its possibilities.
