New blood test can predict one's risk of death in next 10 years

We can’t see into the future, but the blood coursing through our veins hold some important secrets about our future health. Now, researchers have pointed out 14 biomarkers in human blood linked with mortality, and this can help scientists predicting the risk of death in patients within five to 10 years. Scientists suggest future efforts with more advanced spectrometry can inevitably give a more robust predictor.
