New milestone for India, Tejas successfully completes mid-air refuelling

After successfully completing the dry runs of mid-air refuelling, IAF's light combat aircraft Tejas LSP8 has achieved another milestone by completing wet engagement by transferring 1900 kg fuel from IL78 refuelling tanker at the altitude of 20,000 feet at 9.30 am on Monday. This feat adds India to the elite group of countries having military aircraft that have been successfully tried for air to air refuelling system.
