Realme planning to break away from Oppo

Realme is planning to build a separate company. Chung Hsiang-wei, Chief Commercial Officer of Realme has confirmed the company will branch out on its own given the business scale expands like this. Realme has already created its own R&D team and is building its own production lines. Currently, Realme partially depends on Oppo for its resources. All of its smartphones run on Oppo’s ColorOS software with some customizations.
