Sale ban on some iPhone models after Qualcomm gets injuction against Apple in Germany

Apple will stop sales of iPhone 7 & 8 at their 15 retail stores in Germany after Qualcomm was granted a second injunction in a patent infringement case. The court's ruling will not be effective immediately as Apple intends to appeal the ruling. The court has asked Qualcomm to submit €668.4 million as security deposit if they want the ban immediately. Apple will continue to sell all models through third-party sellers.
