Telegram boss accuses China of a cyber attack on the messaging service

Pavel Durov, the founder of messaging app Telegram, has said that the messaging service had witnessed a powerful distributed denial of service attack that disrupted the service for an hour. In such kind of attacks, the server gets overloaded with junk requests from the hacker. He said that the attack was originated in China, and services were disrupted in America and other countries. China is yet to comment on this.
