Tesla driver charged for sleeping on wheel after leaving car on self-drive at 150 km/h

A man has been charged by Canada police with speeding and dangerous driving after he was found asleep at the wheel of his self-driving car. The car was travelling at a speed of 150km/h down a highway in the province of Alberta. “The car appeared to be self-driving, traveling over 140km/h, with both front seats completely reclined and both occupants appearing to be asleep,” the Royal Canadian Mounted police said.
