TikTok cross 1 billion downloads on Play Store

As the world stays indoors to fight the outbreak of COVID-19, the disease that started spreading from Wuhan and has claimed over one lakh lives, Chinese video-sharing giant TikTok is reaping the benefits. According to a report, the platform has achieved a major milestone and joined the elite club of apps with more than one billion downloads. At the end of February, it was the third most-downloaded free app on the Play Store.
