Twitter publishes its new set of rules regarding the type of tweets that will be allowed

Micro-blogging site Twitter has published its new sets of rules to clarify what kind of tweets will or won't be allowed. "When it comes to the actions of world leaders on Twitter, we recognize that this is largely new ground and unprecedented. We recognize the desire for these decisions to be clearcut yes/no binaries. This is new territory for everyone – a service being used by leaders to communicate directly," Twitter said.
