World's first 8K OLED TV goes on sale

LG is taking orders for its revolutionary 8K OLED TV, ushering in the era of 8K television on an OLED panel. While the giant 88-inch model is available in only South Korea for now, it will be up for sale in North America and Europe starting from the third quarter of 2019. The latest LG TV’s recommended retail price is around $42,200. However, on pre-orders in June, there’s a sizeable discount and price is $34,000.
