YouTube, Google & Snapchat services down due to network congestion

YouTube, Google & Snapchat users faced some errors or slow performance due to high levels of network congestion in the eastern US. Google Cloud & G suite got affected, but Google said it believed it had identified the cause of the congestion & expected normal service to resume shortly. Wile YouTube was working for some users while others could not use it as it runs through Google Cloud, that was affected by the outage.
