Zomato successfully tests food delivery by drone tech

Aerial food delivery could be the future, and recently, Zomato has successfully tested its maiden drone food delivery tech, after acquiring TechEagle last month. Zomato has claimed that the final design of the drone will be lightweight and safety will be considered as a top priority. The drone will have inbuilt sensors to detect and avoid static and dynamic objects. It will be able to cover 5kms in 10mins, carrying 5kgs.
