24 Boeing 777 jets to be temporarily grounded by United Airlines after engine failure

United Airlines is going to temporarily ground its fleet of 24 Boeing 777 airplanes with immediate effect. The Boeing 777 planes have the same type of engine that encountered a failure, leading to an emergency landing in Denver on Saturday. The Federal Aviation Administration is inspecting 777 aircraft with Pratt & Whitney PW4000 series engines to find the root cause behind the right engine failure on United Flight 328.
