Airplane takes-off with passengers without carrying their luggage

A 12-hour long flight take off from England for Singapore and traveled leaving behind passenger's luggage. The Norwegian Air flight was scheduled to leave from Gatwick Airport before midnight on Monday. After the flight got overweight the captain ordered to remove luggage of nearly 70 passengers in order to meet with performance limits without passengers being aware. The luggage of passengers was delayed by 2 days.
