'Best Swachh Iconic Place' goes to Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus: Ministry of Jal Shakti

The Ministry of Jal Shakti said Mumbai's CST had been awarded as the best Swachh Iconic Place under Swachh Bharat Mission. The award will be given this Friday during Swachh Mahatsav at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi & will be received by the Ministry of Railways jointly along with BMC & CSR. The initiative 'Swachh Iconic Places' was launched in 2016 to implement Modi's vision to take iconic places to higher standards of cleanliness.
