Cochin Airport records log in of 10 million passengers in a single financial year

Around 10 million passengers are logged at the Cochin International Airport in a single financial year as said by company’s top official. It is also the first airport in the world to be powered by solar energy. There is 22% hike in the domestic passenger volume. CIAL has also handled approximately 8.94 million passengers in the 2016-17 financial year and has witnessed an increase of 10 million passengers this year.
