"It has become a necessity to initiate some tough calls": Indigo writes to pilots

The outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus has hit several sectors heavily but the sector that has been most hit is the aviation sector. With countries sealing their borders and people staying inside their homes, the airlines are witnessing drastic fall in passengers. IndiGo's flight operations chief Ashim Mitra wrote an e-mail to pilots and said that it has now become a necessity to take some tough calls.
