Skytrax World Airline Awards are the most prestigious awards, voted by consumers. The world's best airline for 2019 is Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines was at the 3rd position but won World's Best Cabin Crew, World's Best First Class, Best Airline in Asia and World's Best First Class Seat. Qatar Airways also won World's Best Business Class, World's Best Business Class Seat and Best Airline in the Middle East.
