132 cases of burning crops per hour were reported in Punjab

One reason for increasing pollution in the country is crop burning. In Punjab on Sunday, an average of 132 cases of crops burning were reported per hour. PRSC in Ludhiana on Sunday using satellite imagery reported a total of 3162 stubble burning cases. Talking about the same time in 2016 and 2017 a total of 2,203 and 2,261 stubble burning cases, were reported respectively. On Saturday, 2,111 crop burning cases were seen.
