HC asks man to surrender phone when he filed PIL against harmful effects of phone

A PIL was filed by a man, Rajendra Diwan, before the HC of Madhya Pradesh to tell people about the harmful effects of using a mobile phone. He wants the government to spread awareness about its dangers and keep children and others away from phones. To his PIL the court has asked him to surrender his phone first and set an example. The court has given him 2 weeks to decide whether he’ll first surrender his phone or not.
