Brexit deal: MPs reject all options in second round

Theresa May faces deadlock. The MPs have once again rejected all the four proposals brought to the Commons. The cabinet will meet again on Tuesday to discuss the way forward. However, Brexit secretary has warned - "hard Brexit was becoming nearly inevitable".
