Elon Musk not ready to pay nominal fine and leave CEO chair

On Friday, as per the reports, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, has refused to pay fine and leave his CEO chair for 2 years, when US Securities and Exchange Commission asked for it as a part of the settlement. The settlement also includes the appointing of 2 new independent directors. He refused to sign the deal as he feels doing so will make him untruthful to him. Musk is accused of doing fraud and making false statements on Twitter.
