Facebook faced the longest blackout ever & now we know why! Facebook said that a server configuration change was responsible for the worst outage in its history. It triggered a series of cascading problems in its other platforms like Whatsapp & Instagram too, due to which they were inaccessible across the globe. FB said it took a full day to resolve the issues & are sorry for the inconvenience. Now all is back to normal.
