For 3 months Sanjay Mishra appointed as new Enforcement Directorate chief

After the retirement of the current Chief of the Enforcement Directorate, the government has appointed Sanjay Mishra as the new chief of ED for 3 months. Indian Revenue Service officer was appointed on Saturday when Karnal Singh retired today. The IT Dept. sources informed that Mishra was involved in the investigation against NDTV. It was expected that his tenure will be extended but after CBI case he had to retire today.
