India Blames Pakistan for Pulwama Attack; JeM Chief Masood Azhar targeted India

The MEA has blamed the Pak government for providing full freedom to the JeM chief Masood Azhar to target India with impunity. The govt seeks international support to list and ban terrorist organisations operating from Pak territories. China has been blocking India's efforts to list Azhar as a global terrorist. The Indian govt is firm on resolving the terrorism menace & asks Pak not to support terrorist organisations.
