Worldwide many people are not able to access Instagram on both their mobile app and on desktop. The pictures including the app are not loading and it is showing unable to load. While on the desktop 5xx server error is coming up every time users are trying to access Instagram. People have started writing about it on Twitter asking whether others are also facing similar issues.Presently it seems to be a technical glitch.
