Israel bars two US lawmakers' visit to East Jerusalem

Israel has decided to ban a visit by two US Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar to East Jerusalem, the Israeli Deputy foreign minister Tzipi Hotovely said. The remarks come after an official said that the Jewish state is considering the two Congresswomen for repeatedly voicing support for the pro-Palestinian boycott, Divestment, Sanctions movement. Earlier, Donald Trump had expressed his disappointment as well.
