JW Marriott in deep trouble after charging Rahul bose Rs.422 for two bananas

Once actor Rahul Bose took to Twitter to share the cost of two bananas at a JW Marriott Hotel, Chandigarh, the entire internet exploded, literally going 'bananas' over the charges. The Chandigarh Excise and Taxation dept on Saturday penalised the five-star hotel for charging 'illegal tax' on two bananas, which cost Rs.422. The Hotel was slapped with a penalty of Rs.25,000 and was served a show-cause notice as well.
