Maldives welcomes its new president Ibrahim Mohamed Sohil

On Monday, India congratulates the new president of Maldives by welcoming the Maldivian Presidential Election results. Ibrahim Mohamed Sohil has been elected as the new president by winning in the 3rd presidential election process. The election commission is yet to announce the final results but as the preliminary leads show Solih has won the elections. The EC will announce the final results within the next 7 days.
