Pakistani terrorists tried to infiltrate into India in Kulwara sector of J&K on July 30 but were forced to return when detected by the army, who started firing on them. As per sources, Pakistan has activated few launch pads close to Indian Army posts after Article 370 abrogation. A communication centre has also been activated in the Kalighati area to coordinate the infiltration and recruitment of terrorists.
