Pays fine of $40 million for a tweet, Elon musk still going easy

Elon Musk tweeted that he his taking Tesla private which caused him and his firm a fine of $20 million each but Elon Musk says that things are still going well. The fine is a part of a settlement with Securities and Exchange Commission. Musk will also step down as chairman but will remain CEO of the company. He sent 2 e-mails to his staff asking them to ignore the distractions and just work hard to achieve targets.
